Is There Any Way To Add Another Person’s Income In A Mortgage Application Without Them Being A Co-applicant?

Hello…
I will be prequalifying for a mortgage in February. I have very good credit but don’t make enough money for me to qualify for the mortgage amount I want. The person that will be living with me and helping to pay the mortgage has terrible credit, but if we could combine our incomes we could get the house we want. Is there any way of having both incomes and only my credit considered? The other person is not a spouse and I am planning on applying with Bank of America. Maybe someone who was in the same situation can help. Thanks in advance

How Do I Get My Name Off A Mortgage Without Refinancing.?

I recently went in with my parents on a 5 year fixed mortgage. They could afford the house without me but I put my name on it to get a housing allowance from my company. I now want to buy my own home but require my name off the mortgage in order to get financing (on my own). The banker said that my parents would have to refinance the mortgage and pay a fine for canceling the 5 year fixed mortgage. We just wish to remove my name not redo the mortgage.

Can I Sell A House Without Paying Off Mortgage?

I am planning to sell my extra house, for which I am paying a mortgage (15 more years to go). The mortgage rate is really low. Can I sell the house without paying off the mortgage (i.e. can I take the mortgage as a low-interest loan), e.g. for a few years (my investment return should be much higher than the mortgage interest rate)? Is this an option that I can negotiate with my lender?

I know how they find the total amount of calories, but what about where they come from, as well as the vitamins and minerals?
I’m working on a science project right now, about how different methods of cooking change the nutritional value of food. Calorimeters can be easy and inexpensive to make, but I am looking for a way to also find the proportions of macronutrients and vitamins/minerals at home.

What Can I Do If My Mortgage Broker Lied About Income To The Lender Without My Knowledge?

Hi
I want to know, according to UK laws and FSA regulations what can I do if my mortgage broker lied to the lender about my income? I accidently came to know this and broker is not yet accepting this. Mortgage lender is now asking for income proof (which broker wasn’t expecting) which would result in rejection in mortgage application. I have signed the document that the information in application is correct, but whatever was shown to me was different info. and not the one which is sent with application. and application was made on date prior to my signing date. What can I do to teach them a lesson, to get compensation. prefferably I do not want to spend money in hiring lawyer. The firm is FSA regulated, but it does not comply with FSA in this matter.
