Aren’t Falling House Prices Great For Recent College & High School Grads? Should We Thank Bush?

How would you like to be getting out of college and see the price of houses so high that you expect to never be able to afford one?
Aren’t kids who are about ready to graduate happy because they are see that houses are likely to be more affordable after they save up money for a few years?
Or would Dems rather that these kids suffer and never be able to afford a house?
My kid is just getting out of college, and he’s happy that housing prices are becoming more affordable. Smart kid. Right?

How Do I Get Enough Money In Student Loans To Cover My Mortgage Payment While I Am In School?

I am trying to find alternative student loans to finish my college education. I am receiving enough money in stafford loans to cover my tuition, however I need more to cover my mortgage payment so I can continue school full time for 1 year. Every company I talk to says I can only borrow 60% of the tuition costs for other expenses. I need much more than that. Anyone have any other ideas?

What Are The Rules About Using A Playground On School Property?

I hope I’m posting this question in the right place.
A new outdoor playground was just installed at a school in our neighborhood. It is on school property next to a field which includes a baseball diamond, basketball court and tennis court. But the placement of the playground structures make it obviously part of the school rather than the park. Will I be able to bring my 3 year old to play there outside of school hours? Since it is school property will I be trespassing if I bring him there on the weekend or after school gets out?

How Is Boarding School Different From College?

I go to a boarding school right now, I go home for holiday breaks and stuff. I’m going into senior year there (I got to Interlochen Arts Academy in Michigan, but I live in Georgia.
I know obviously Boarding school is more supportive sorta.
I’m just sorta lost. I’m applying at pretty small schools. James Madison University, College of Charleston and Elon are a few I’m looking at. Will it be hard for me to transition?
