Aren’t Falling House Prices Great For Recent College & High School Grads? Should We Thank Bush?

How would you like to be getting out of college and see the price of houses so high that you expect to never be able to afford one?
Aren’t kids who are about ready to graduate happy because they are see that houses are likely to be more affordable after they save up money for a few years?
Or would Dems rather that these kids suffer and never be able to afford a house?
My kid is just getting out of college, and he’s happy that housing prices are becoming more affordable. Smart kid. Right?

My wife and I live in an apartment with our 2year olld and a baby on the way and we are tired of apartments. We filied bankrupcy 2years ago and are slowly building are rating back up. we got are first car loan a few months ago and now want to talk to a place that will work with us on a first time home buyers loan that will work with are back credit. we live in s.w. washington state “Vancouver” please help solve.

What Is A Great Holiday Job For A College Student?

Hi. So my school has ended from now until Jan 21st and with very little obligations. I was thinking about getting a job to prevent boredom and earn a little extra cash.
Here are the circumstances. I can’t start until the first of January because I will be at home with family. I will also have a job starting right about when classes start up again, so don’t want a job that will require staying on through the Spring.
