Look into re-locating, its that simple.
It may mean having to change jobs but at least you’ll get a foot on the property ladder and once you have more money at your disposal you’ll be able to move to an area you actually want to live in as opposed to one you have to live in.

How Much Would You Have To Earn Now,to Get On The Property Ladder(u.k)?

You can get up to 5 times your annual salary from some mortgage lenders,but I would reccomend you only go to 3 times that.For example;- £20k per year = £60k motgage.If you go to the maximum and the interest rate goes up (as it has in the last year) it is leaving you with no margin of affordability.
