So I found this great house to rent online with a pretty reasonable price. Then a few days later, I found the same exact house for rent on a different site, same address and everything but with a totally different price listing. Neither website is through the real estate company it’s through and on their actual website, they have no listings for rentals. I’ve tried to call the number listed and am only getting an answering machine message.

I am looking into buying my first home. I live in Ontario Canada, and everyone is telling me to go to a mortgage broker. I thought I would have to go the bank first to see what I qualify for. Is a mortgage broker and a bank, the same thing? I also heard something about a ‘first time homeowner’ thing that is also available. I am so clueless about this and I don’t want to get ripped off. Can I Have 2 Different Mortgage Companies Try To Get Me A Loan At The Same Time?

Im trying to get a home loan. I was pre-approved by 5 different places. A couple weeks later I found my dream house. Now when it comes time to actually get my mortgage the guy at weichert financial tells me he’s not sure if its gonna happen. Can I start looking at another company to get me financed. He said that if he cant do it than no one can, but I dont believe that. I know that are credit sucks but we make decent money and have no debt. So will it mess anything up if I start looking elsewhere. Im not looking for another pre-appoval. Im looking for a loan.

How Is Boarding School Different From College?

I go to a boarding school right now, I go home for holiday breaks and stuff. I’m going into senior year there (I got to Interlochen Arts Academy in Michigan, but I live in Georgia.
I know obviously Boarding school is more supportive sorta.
I’m just sorta lost. I’m applying at pretty small schools. James Madison University, College of Charleston and Elon are a few I’m looking at. Will it be hard for me to transition?

Can I Use A Different Baby Formula On Holiday?

We’re going on holiday to California (from UK) with our 9 week old baby. We use SMA formula at home, both the powder and ready-made types. They don’t have SMA where we’re going, so would it be ok to use the local formula to save carrying loads of tins with us? Has anyone successfuly changed formula on holiday and had no upset tummy etc?

Family Property ?: Can Lot Be Offered To Different Parties With Different Conditions?

A piece of property in our family has been offered up to a buyer outside the family at an unknown price. The family has been told they can offer on the property as well, but only if they also buy the owner out of their share of a different property as well. Is this legal and can anyone point me to any references?
