I Live In The Bay Area, California. I Am A First-time Home Buyer. I Have Excellent Credit..?

(750+). My monthly income is 3000. I am interested in buying a condo (7 years old) which is priced at 399,900 and I am planning to put 5% down. I have met with two lenders..Lender A suggested 2 loans (to avoid paying the PMI) and Lender B suggested 1 loan. I would like to keep my mortgage payments as low as possible, and plan to live there for about 5-7 years. Any suggestions would be appreciated!

I’m a first time buyer AND i want to buy abroad, not in the UK. This makes things ten times more complicated! I have no idea where to start…. Are there any companies that help people buy property abroad? I really don’t know where to start. Do i need a solicitor in this country or in the country i’m buying a house in? So confused!!!

First Time Home Buyer Information?

My fiancee and I are looking into buying our first home. I have no knowledge on where to start, what to look for, or how to go about it. I’ve been told there are loans you can get as a first time home buyer that doesn’t require any money down. I make 25,000/year (+overtime) and my fiance makes 20,000/year. Anyone have any ideas on how big of a loan we could get. Any tips and advice is appreciated. Thank you.

What Is A Good Hunting Knife To Buy For A First Time Buyer?

One of the best hunting knives out there for the price is the Alaskan Blade trader.
This knife has a solid design that allows it switch between blades quickly and easily.
The base model comes with three blades, hunting blade, gut hook/skinner, and the bone saw.
You can easily split the pelvis of a bull elk with the saw, gutting and skinning is less messy too with the guthook/skinning blade.
Typically the sell at our local BiMart for $29.00, but every so often they go on sale for around $20.00
Whenever they go on sale my father buys a couple and gives them away as gifts on birthdays or for Christmas.

First Time Buyer Advice For The Future And To Buy?

Can anyone help..UK..im on a 24k salary and its likely to stay this way for a few years! i work in london and looking to buy in surrey/sussex/essex areas..the problem is its so expensive!! i have my student loan and a graduate loan…would it be better to pay off the graduate loan rather than have a deposit.? i could pay this off at christmas and then start saving again for a deposit and fees etc…the shared ownership thing does not look good! the homebuy loan has its drawbacks too. any advice would be great on what to do! im stuck!

I Need Help….i Am Trying To Buy A Home. How Do I Know If I Qualify For A First Time Buyer?

It’s simple!
Call a lender and they will pre-approve you.
They will take your information, income, credit, etc…and calculate if you qualify, and if so, how much.
Lenders will do this for free.
There are even No Money Down programs so you can keep your cash in the bank, and less than perfect credit is ok, but you need a good job.
