I Live In The Bay Area, California. I Am A First-time Home Buyer. I Have Excellent Credit..?

(750+). My monthly income is 3000. I am interested in buying a condo (7 years old) which is priced at 399,900 and I am planning to put 5% down. I have met with two lenders..Lender A suggested 2 loans (to avoid paying the PMI) and Lender B suggested 1 loan. I would like to keep my mortgage payments as low as possible, and plan to live there for about 5-7 years. Any suggestions would be appreciated!

What Do House Prices Show About An Area?

All a house price shows is the level of demand for that type of house in that area.
The higher the demand the higher the price will be. Desirable areas (good schools, proximity to services/attractions) will always achieve a premium in the market. Therfore the higher prices in an area the more in demand that area is.
Its simple economics really. Supply and Demand.

How Are Property Taxes Assessed In The Chicagoland Area?

There doesn’t seem to be any consistency. Are they based on the sales price of the property? At what rate? Are they reassessed every year? By county, city, district or what?

I’m buying my first condo and I’m looking to put down $5,000 grand hoping it’ll make my monthly payments cheaper. If anyone have any tips or information please let me know. I’m hoping to find something really nice for 500,000…wondering how much my montly would be?? Oh, and I don’t have good credit.

Why Don’t House Prices In Milpitas, Ca Appreciate Like The Rest Of The Bay Area?

I understand the schools are on par like other areas, but if you look at cities like Morgan Hill, Evergreen and Gilroy — their schools are even worse, but how come the house prices there appreciate more than Milpitas? What is it with Milpitas????

I Am First Time Home Buyer And Looking A Bidding On A House In My Area Which Is Vt, What Is A Good Bid?

The house I’m looking at is an asking price of $179,500 and it is assessed by the town for $145,300. What would be a good bid to put in on this property? I think the price is comparible to other houses sold in the area. I know that realtors leave room for lower bids though.

What I need is for you to pick one of the following:
Prices are up, flat or down.
Then I need to know what city, state/provence and country. That way I can map the responses to the specific communities.

I’m looking to hire someone part time who is mature and responsible for a few hours a week or a few weeks during the summer. I’m looking for (non pay) sites where I can meet college students home for the summer who doesn’t want a full time job. Just extra cash for the summer. I’ve tried several sites that didn’t help. i have lived in france for 7 months before working as a rep and i would really like to live out there permanently! can anyone help me find out about renting houses out there as i type it in to google and all that comes up is holiday homes all the time! ideally would like to live in port grimaud or surrounding areas.
